Reviews and Ratings
I had a pleasant stay at the Hyatt Regency Boston/Cambridge, largely due to the amazing views of the Charles River and the well-kept, clean room. However, I experienced some hiccups with room service, which was inconvenient during my stay. Overall, it was a beautiful hotel with friendly staff, but some staff members could improve their professionalism.
I had a mixed experience at the Hyatt Regency Boston/Cambridge. While the location was lovely and my room offered a wonderful view of the Charles River, some issues detracted from my stay. The bathroom lacked proper ventilation, and there were times when I felt the service could have been more attentive. Overall, it's a nice hotel but showing its age.
My stay at Hyatt Regency Boston/Cambridge was quite enjoyable overall. the modern amenities in my room and the beautiful river views were definite highlights. However, I did face some issues with elevator wait times and dining options during my stay. Still, the comfortable bed and proximity to Boston made it a nice visit.
I had a fantastic experience at the Hyatt Regency Boston/Cambridge, with its beautiful location overlooking the Charles River and close proximity to universities like MIT and BU. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which really enhanced my stay. However, the hotel does show some signs of age and could benefit from updates in certain areas.
The Hyatt Regency Boston/Cambridge has a fantastic location, offering stunning views of the Charles River. However, my stay was marred by issues such as poor room ventilation and an outdated computer system that led to booking confusion. While the staff was generally friendly and accommodating, the overall experience did not meet my expectations due to several inconveniences.
